Mainly used for separation and purification of large volume samples in tissue culture media and biological fluids. The complete package includes the diaphragm, a graduated polypropylene transparent funnel connected by a connector and a receiving bottle. Disposable vacuum filters use a vacuum pump to provide a pressure difference and are used for large-volume filtration of tissue culture fluids and other laboratory fluid solutions. Samples can be processed up to several liters. The filtered samples can be stored directly in sterile collection bottles.
•Material selection is strictly in accordance with industry requirements. The filter cup and liquid storage bottle are made of polymer material polystyrene, which ensures good transparency of the bottle and complies with USP Class-6 standards.
• Imported membrane material is selected, with strong bacterial retention capacity and sterilization filtration efficiency: LRV>7 (ATCC 19146 Defective Brevundumonas, ASTM Bacterial Challenge Test). A variety of membrane materials and specifications (250 mL, 500 mL, 1000 mL) are available for customers to choose according to different needs.
• The filter cup has the characteristics of high flow rate and high flux, which shortens the filtration time and greatly improves the customer's filtration efficiency.
• The filter tip and the scale are oriented at 90 degrees, making it easier for customers to read liquid level data when filtering; the downward-curved filter adapter is suitable for three diameter hoses.
• Strict quality testing ensures that the connections between the filter cup, membrane, filter tip, liquid storage bottle and filter have good firmness and airtightness.
•The products are all sterile packaging and are irradiated and sterilized in strict accordance with ISO 13485 and ISO 11137 quality standards. The sterility assurance level is SAL=10-6. There is no DNase, RNase, or endotoxin. Each product has been thoroughly tested. Performance testing and sterilization filtration sampling verification are conducted to ensure that the product meets the sterilization requirements.
